UGA Wreath

Christmas Gift

Cute, Inexpensive Wreath

I bought this wreath for pretty cheap from a local store, the "K" came from Hobby Lobby on sale, and I also got some great Kelly Green rustolium spray paint, the ribbon and faux pearls I just found in some craft drawers!

Used some brown spray paint I had laying around to spray the "K"
Sprayed the Wreath
Attached "K" to wreath with hot glue, wrapped with ribbon, added pearls... Taaaa Daaaa!

Clothes Pin Magnets

Cute idea for stocking stuffers or a just because gift

Trace clothes pin onto back of scrapbook paper (or any other material you may want to use)
Cut out (I used my xacto knife)
Use modge podge (God's gift to diy-er's) to adhere paper to clothes pin
attach magnet to back of clothes pin, I like the ones that are already cut into strips, but they aren't the strongest as far as hold a whole lot.

Meaty Spinach Pastries

These were better than I could have dreamed of!

INGREDIENTS
- box frozen spinach
- roll of croissants
- 1/2 lb bacon (or ham or corned beef, we made 3 different pastries! :))))
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- Cup Mushrooms (we used baby bellas), chopped
- 3/4 cup whipped cream cheese
- pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
- Cook spinach according to box directions
- Cook Bacon
- Mix onion, garlic, and mushrooms, and sautee with bacon grease(or whatever you want to use)mix with spinach.
- Coarse chop bacon and mix with spinach
- Butter or spray your muffin pan
- Use 1/2 to 3/4 of a croissant for each muffin section, cover the bottom and sides (you may have to press them down or roll them individually to get them to cover all of the muffin.
- Scoop in spinach/bacon mixture
- cover slightly with croissant dough
- bake 12-17 mins on 350

NOTE: Don't try to be perfect with the croissant dough, do what works for you! We liked the ones with out quite so much dough over the ones that we used a whole croissant on.
